Going Private. “The Sardonic Memoirs of a Private Equity Professional,” by an anonymous blogger with the nom de plume (or maybe nom de guerre is a better term) of Ms. Equity Private. I spent a good part of two days studying a year and a half’s worth of her entries, and got a cram course in the realities of this world.
